Hi, This is Nagendra from Bangalore.. I have purchased a plot in North East Paradise. I have already registered a plot there and already paid full amount. North east properties claim that they are going to do full development works including Tar roads, Club house, overhead tank, etc.. I went to the site 3 months back and some development work was going on. When compared to other developers, i feel its a value for money!
