I have a flat in D1 Tower @ Radicon Vedantam. The builder does not have approval to build beyond 14 the Floor in this tower. Still the builder has allowed bookings beyond 14 the Floor though it is not authorised. I have been cheated and the builder has already takes around 65% of the total flat amount for an un authorised floor.The builder is also not willing to pay back the money.We are 5 friends who have been cheated similarly and we are filing a court case against the builder. Request all the owners of D1 tower to voice this out and join us in teaching a lesson to the builder for playing with peoples dreams. We have already sought legal advice and would sent notice very soon.

Hello Pavan, I think you are being too optimistic and have just thought of possession getting delayed. What if the Authority rejects till or delays it further. It has been almost 2 years now and the floors have not been approved. I have already paid around 65% of the total cost for an un-authorised floor and now fighting with builder.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER ! THEY ARE FRAUD ! THEY HAVE CHEATED ME and now I am fighting with them to get my money back.I and my 4 friends are filing a Court Case against them very soon.We have already sought legal advise and will sending notice to the builder very soon!

DO NOT BUY! Because of the fraudulent operations of this builder SBI has not approved this project. Its only approved by Corp Bank and HDFC bank. The builder is selling flat in the towers which ado not have approved floors.I booked a flat at 16th Floor , the tower was supposed to be of 19 Floors. They sold the flat to me and have take over 6% of the amount as well. Later I came to know that the builder has approval only till 14 the floor. They have applied for approval of floors beyond 14 th FLoor almost 2 years back but Authority has not approved their application. Now when I am asking for refund, the builder does not seems keen to refund the amount. DO NOT INVEST! THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!

Hello Sujit, I have also booked a Flat in Radicon Vedantam. And just like you, these people have made the booking for the flat without having approvals for the floor. I along with 4 of my friends who have been cheated by the builder. I spoke to them about refunding the money and the builder is not keen on that as well.
