Guys, I have a flat in Tower B and I also received the 4th demand for casting of basement slab payable by 29th May. I had forwarded the demand to my Bank - Corporation Bank but did not get any response, I called up and was informed that all disbursements are on hold and should check with Sudhir in Ajnara. Guys..spoke with Sudhir. He is saying that the issue is not with the project but with the bank. Bank has asked some technical queries which Ajnara needs to respond on. I also went to ajnara yesterday..They have given me two copies of BBA to be signed by me and then they will get it sign from the ajanara people. I had a converasation with Dimple.
