Q: Have anyone bought a flat in Rajatha Greens? What's the feedback about land acquisition, location, construction quality, bank loan and cost of the property?

Suggest not buying apartments in this project. The construction is a mess and the land owner acts like a gunda. Even after selling the apartments he thinks he owns them and creates nuisances for the purchasers.Suggest not buying apartments in this project.
