Hello Riya, There is another property coming up for same builder near Marathalli and I have already booked a flat over there. After reading your comment, am very much skeptical about booking this property. Anyways I need some more info related to Marvel project, it would be really great if you can help me out in this regard. 1) Did you get Occupancy, Completion Certificates and NOC after completion of project 2) I heard 90% of loan was disbursed by LICHF i.e. 90% of flat owner opted for LIC. Is this true 3) Has any other back affiliated this project 4) Recently Bhupathi was telling that his Marvel project was appoved bySBI as well. Is this true The project which I have booked, don't have any amenities as such you have in Marvel project and locality wise its very good place to stay. Hence we are going with this property , however If you can assist me in getting above 4 points clarified then probably I can get some confidence in this builder. Thanking you in advance. Rakhi
