Hi Friends What is the ganapathy nagar entrance issue? A broker offers 21L, 20L, 18L, & 16L per ground 2400sqft AT SAME LAYOUT BUT DIFFERENT STREETS. He said every thing good but cheap price. He also added that other location in Pallikaranai are selling upto 1cr per ground. Why the price is deadly cheap? Double documents seller may sell very small difference in price to show as genuine seller. Few members told overhead power line. Is is passing thru this layout?. IF IT IS, WHAT ARE THE PLOT NUMBERS AFFECTED/ PLEASE any can reply. It will very useful to the people like me who do not want to waste their hardly earned money.
