Feedback on Sairung developers.
Q: Sairung developers is asking to pay heavy maintenance to keep one security at their sites where they have sold land plots to customers. Please be aware on this.

I am planning to buy a plot with Sairung, the land for which is not yet officially acquired. They have promised the registration in next 3 to 5 years.
