Hello!! I had also booked one flat over there August 2012 on first floor and approvals had come already according to them. They had shown me one slip of payment and may be today or any time they get the approval letter in hand. wait there and take a good return. Hardly we had given them maximum 2 lakhs and you all heard these lines that "SABAR KA FAL MEETHA HOTA HA" so wait and watch. If they are cheaters then they should run threw from there after taking our money may be some genuine issue will be there. come over there and meet with Mr. Parveen Mittal he will definately tell you the exact situation and stage of approvals. This is my advice to all of you.

Yes you are right its still pending and if we will take our money back then they will return only our given amount not as per the company rate so that's why they are not making the agreements. After a long 2 years wait if we will take only our invested amount without any profit then it will not be a good deal. Please suggest what we have to do all of us.
