Hi Sanjay, I am in the same boat as Abhijit. Surprised to read that there are NA plots here in spite of being Green zone. Could you please tell how that's possible? Will PMC sanction plan for such plots? What effect will declaration of R zone have on these plots? I have a budget of 45 to 50 L. Would be glad if you could connect me to some owners.
