- The LIC bank approval is there , while approval from SBI is awaited.
-The sales team said they have received approvals till 9th floor and yet to receive for next 5 floor.

just saw from the prestige website that peripheral ring road is coming in that area. is it affecting the existing state highway and our property. has any one did a analysis on this
SH-35 will remain SH-35,it will be exapanded in future and for this already there is room with myhna heights.
and this proposed PRR will be away atleast 1-2 km away from the SH-35.

I don't think there is any serious issue .. we met with our lawyer & there are few thing which we'll resolved by discussion with karthiken....me & my other 8 frds booked flats over there.
