I received letter from Mantri that my flat in towner E is ready for possession and pay the amount for registration. Has anyone so far registered and taken possession of their respective flat.
Hello Makrand, as far as I know the 'D', 'E', 'F' blocks are almost over. You will get the completion certificate within next month. The registrations will start soon after possession. I think the rest blocks will take time i.e approx 1 year more for the possession.

One month has passed any sign of progress on the completion certificate or lack of bricks,sand, labour and cyclone affecting this as well. We will appreciate if the management intervenes and ensure handover in a month or so.

When the flats would be handedover after registration is not known even after paying 100% of flat cost and other amenities. Can anyone have the information, why there is delay, as management is silent.

In process of looking for a safe apartment society in Hyderabad, I’ve come across Mantri Celestia. I’m considering it because of the convenient location, but I’m yet to visit the place since I still reside in Mysore. I need to know whether this society is as good as it claims to be.
