You can analyze yourselves If the project is in a good location and the developer has a good reputation and is facing issues that will be resolved in the coming days, it is advisable to stay invested as long as one has the financial holding power. As i can see, developer has a good track record in Mumbai.

I also booked flat in Balaji Residency in March 2014 by investing 4 lacks as initial amount. Till date work has not been started. Every month they are saying that work will start in next month but that month never comes. Not getting what is actually going on and when work will start? Now i am fearing from loosing money though all the transactions are done by cheque only...
