This builder does not even has our hard earned money to refund, they will tell you for a post dated cheque for 15th January. yesterday i talked with Parveen Mittal and he forwarded me a SMS with Bank Account No. and IFSC Code to submit the money.
I believe we should not pay any amount before visiting their office to verify the approval details docs. after that we should think about it.
Don't pay them any money guys, they have cases against themselves for cheque bounce on land acquisition payments in Ghaziabad civil court. They are not getting any approval, rather there would be stay on work on their sites upon judgement. Court have informed all banks to not fund them anymore and thus these guys are asking more money. I took my money back from them with 4% interest.
Don't waste your money on these.
