I have a plot in Happy County. plot # 103 , 3320 sq ft, Recently visited the site twice, searched for my plot location. 3 years back hoskote cross to ioc road was totally jungle. Now, lot of industries are coming up on Malur road. Distances to whitefield= 15 kms, whitefield rly stn= 11 kms, marthahalli= 22 kms, BIAL= 48 kms, city rly stn= 39 kms, frazor town= 31 kms, M.G.Road= 32 kms, Jagathi Printing Press= 100 yards, Hansika villas(under const)= 600 yards. Anyone wants to check out on Google Maps, search Jagathi Printing Press, enlarge, the criss cross lines next to the press is a layout not updated on google. That's HAPPY COUNTY. Currently, prices around the area is Rs 600/- per sq ft for undeveloped, Rs. 800/- per sq ft for semi developed like ours, and 1050/- per sq ft for developed sites.
