HI, I am planning to book a flat in Charitha Green Woods project. Any suggestion around the Charitha Green Woods project / Sri Charitha developers / their past projects will help me decide. Thanks in advance.
Sorry to say Guys..you will be regret if you already booked. just I want to make sure that no one should go through the pain what we are facing now. I'm one of the victim of Charitha classic . This builder is irresponsible and he never try to complete all the work.
Problems till date after I occupied it is almost 8 months.
1. There is no Gym
2. No play Area
3. No Jogging track
4. all the material used in construction is substandard.
5. 10 land lordflats are given for ladies PG.
