Mr Shantanu Kumar, the quality of these homes is pathetic, I have a flat in Casa Rio and it started leaking in the month of possession. Also after a few months they stopped taking request to repair the leakage inspiite of promising to handle such case till one year of possession saying that the policy has changed.
