I have got a flat in Barcelona Phase 3 project of Puranik city. It has got delayed almost by 18 months. Verbally they committed some other date, then on contract they mentioned some other date and now they are just keep delaying the project. There is one building land which is disputed, so they are delaying possession of adjacent building too. They have taken all money as ofcourse whole structure of the building is ready. I would highly recommend not to buy from this builder unless contract is in favour of a buyer.
