Mr. Faheem Ali If they don't have the approval how will they build the apartments. After having the concerned documents only they have built it and the statement what you are giving is all nothing but fake. So if you still have doubts about legal clearance you can contact the office and get notified.
Mr Pavan, i think u dont have any idea about the status of atz estrella and areva which are located on varthur and panathur road. plz dont missguide the people who are realy innocent,,, they doest have idea reg real estate. people are waiting since 2012 for the approval. they are struggling like any thing. plz go to site and check wht is the status.
