Information on Quality of work of Tirupati Balaji Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd New Panvel Mahendra P.K. Singh is managing director.
We have booked flat in Balaji Residency 1 year back. Still the work has not started. Builder saying cidco isn't giving NOC. any one please help who has booked in balaji groups.
I had booked a flat in June 2014 Balaji Residency Phase 2. In Oct '14 the boomi poojan was carried out. I had visited there office on 17th Oct '15 and the site as well. There is still no work started. If we have a Whatsapp group, do include me. My Contact number 9821725211

Has anyone booked booked flat with Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers, New Panvel for their Balaji Residency project - phase 1/2/3 ?
I am planning to book a flat in Balaji Residency project phase 2. Would like to know if I need to proceed? Let me know if anyone has any feedback about the project.
