I am confuse in buying home at Karadi galaxy one or alcon silverleaf Keshavnagar. Any suggestion ?

Alcon Silverleaf has 10 building Society compared to 3 builing plan of Galxay One. So Amneties of Alcon will be better. Secondly in near future Keshavnagar will also be better place for living. Q: I am planning to book a 2 BHK flat at alcon silver leaf, Keshavnagar. Can any one please help me about Alcon builders reputation?

My comments to replies
Will somebody let me know what is the rate per sqft they are charging and what about the scope for price appreciation?? Any new developments taking place in Keshavnagar that is located in Mundhwa as I plan to invest in a property for getting tax rebate.
hi Piyush rate per sqft alcon is charging is rangin from 4500-4700. Keshnavager is middle of khardhi , magarpatta and amanora. So in future mostly residential construction will happen there. So appreciation will be good in future. this is my opinion
