I also got the mail from Dimple, my booking was @ 3802 CLP less 2% discount. As per Lalit, construction will start from February and all paper work will be processed during January.
Guys, would you suggest me moving to Flexi plan, There is a little saving but upfront payment of another 30%.
I requested to move to a bigger flat of 1475 sqft instead of 1255 sqft. They are charging the increased area on new price.
