An FIR has been registered by the residents of Premier residency (Refer Mumbai Mirror dtd:7/4/2014) but will it affect the shameless people. In our agreement of Premier Exotica, possession date was given as June 2013, later in an advt. the date was given August 2015. there is no communication to us regarding the change of possession date as if he (builder) does not bothered. The way the work is going on we don't think we will get possession by 2015.
Is there any way we can move to consumer court and ask for the rent till the flat is provided to us

Hi Chetan, you have flat at premier exotica or Primier REsidency ? if exotica than than no way to get possession on 15 feb2014, still they are on 2nd slab or 3rd floor.slab.Any we have to do some thing, their non of project in Mumbai is complete, all project having problem, we have to invite all people e.g Andheri (W) Metropolis) and so many project all are pending.they are realy giving hard time.

forget jun 2015, even 2017-2020 if get possesion we will lucky, The way constraction is going on, their work is completly stop, they are not pay money to the contractor,i think they are bancrup,they want money for nothing, we have to be very careful before paying.Primier exotica launch in jun 2010 now almost 4 years.
Is there any way legally we can demand for the rent if the delay is beyond the time they have promised for possesion

Hi all I m having flat in b wing of premier exotica. They already asked for 2 installment which 2 slaps already completed. And 3.rd slap in process of a and b wing... I think we should wait n watch what they do next.
i hope you have signed the agrement copy with hdil , they penialise you for late payment.
i have not seen work in full swing at the site . i m not sure these hdil claims for 3 slab with out constructiing it .

Hi all,
Is it true that after waiting for over 3 yrs to gain possession of their flats, home buyers of a LBS Marg, Kurla project have filed an FIR for failing to give possession to people who bought flats in their Premier Residences project after taking full payment from them? I am planning to buy a resale flats in it. Will it be a right decision? I need your advice?
I m promised the possession in march, but the work is going on and i m very sure that they will delay the project. If you are ready for any kind of delay then you can take the risk.
I m waiting for my flat since last 2 years
