Latest Answer: Hi i too have booked a flat in sector 2 I had given a DD of 45000 to the officer but the builder deposited the DD in the registrar office but did not do my registration and then i had to do again a draft of 75000 to do the registration it was the builder fault is there anyway i can get my money back of 45000.Please email me at almedia26@yahoo.com
