Q: what are the advantages of buying plots with supradeepam? The plots they sell are unapproved inspite of premium price of Rs.999 psqft. what are the risks as well?

Dear Friends, Nothing mentioned above can be enjoyed unless the layout is CMDA approved. If you buy any layout without CMDA approval, you can build house or sell back the property. Think hundred times before buying a unapproved loayout.
