What is the bank approval status ? If approval given from any bank ,it means everthing is ok.
There is no news from HDFC bank approval ( zero processing fee )
ICICI also processing on zero fees or 2800/=. pl clear it.

Free club membership is not mention in any document. separate letter approval required from builder side.
