I do not think rohtash intension to complete the project soon. They do not have any clear planning. Each time you talk they tell you different date. My comments to replies
We are also sailing in the same boat. Had taken a loan to buy a property in tower N of Plumeria but have still not got the possession. Spoke to them in their head office a couple of days back but they again told us that it will now be completed by Dec-2017. There is a national organization NCDRC where we all could collectively challenge against the builder.
