Isha infra misty green
Q: HI, I have seen isha infra misty green project in whitefeild. The plan looks good for me. I am not sure about the builder and would like to know any issues regarding this project. Kindly give suggestions..

My comments to replies
Hi Yesterday we boked a 2 BHK (1227 sq ft.)apartment in Isha Misty Green. The ongoing rate is INR 2875 / Sq Ft and we negotated it for INR 2825. Currently SBI, HDFC, LIC and SBM are financing the project. The project is apoproved by BBMP and they have given us a complete set of documents including a copy of the land purchase agreement between the builder and the owners. I even spoke to SBI, HDFV and LIC to confirm if they are funding the project and even visited SBI. Everything seems to be in order so far. I'll be completeing the agreement to sae and laon documentation this week and hope to get the loan (construction linked) sanctioned by end of next week. Hope this helps the group--Saurabh
