This builder is again a fraud. My money is with him since last 5 years til date no allotment. He had taken my original documents and even not yet refunded the money. Hi, We had also booked flat in Sunworld Vandita and now they are offering (forcing) to have a flat in Nimbus. We are planning to file a legal suit. Dear Friends i am Yashpal Jain , same cheated by Sunworld in Vandita project. They issued three PDC cheques towards refund of money but they all dishonured by the bank due to insufficient funds.
