Hello Guys,
I was actually interested in taking up a loan if i get an NA plot, so if anyone is interested in this method then i can join.
I am fine with this, i have seen some NA plots in khese park, quoted rate 20lacs per gunta...i dont know how much they will negotiate on NA plots..as currently we cannot file any application for converting green zone plots to NA plots unless proposed rzone not passed thoroughly..
