Hi, I am planning to book in Avalon. Below things bother me: 1) The complex is not having CC. The sales guy says it will come in by April 2014. Few buildings of Vasant Lawns (built by Sheth) are not having OC till now. 2) The component "C", which is the "Other charges", is too high, close to 8 lacs. None of the projects in thane are exceeding 3 to 4 lacs. 3) Parking needs to be paid in Cash and not in cheque. Can anyone share his views / experiences?
