Basic amenities include main swimming pool, pool deck, landscape garden, children’s playground ,barbeque, amphitheatre, Club house with multi purpose room, gymnasium room, steam room, Hard surface for driveway, Basement car park and driveway ramps on reinforced concrete slab and 3 automatic lifts. even i am planning to buy out here but the calls which i get they don't talk about skyline .. what's wrong the this agency people.. yesterday i told them skyline they literally dropped blank faces at me like they have never heard off. The project will be completed within few months and half which already been completed looks very promising and beautiful. I had visited the site there, and still lot of work is still left to do.. Not sure when electricity and water connection will be provided but i hope it's completed soon.. very eager to purchase at this locality . I'm planning to buy a flat in Skline Waterfront, but i heard the project is way behind scheduled , and hence am little worried abt the progress. can anyone help me if this is the best property to invest in and can trust the builder .

They have told it will be ready by the earliest of 2014. As per my trusted sources skyline is trust worthy construction builder with all the best facilities provided It on plain thinking it might get delayed. Mostly i have never heard any big construction completed before hand or on time. It's a disease which can't be cured in this market.They have told it will be ready by the earliest of 2014. visited it this monday. its just behind PESIT.

Skyline waterfront apartment which is still under construction have started selling few apartments of a block which are already completed. Initially we faced problems of water and electricity but after a complaint they had fixed it with in hour period of time. They provide very good customer service which are not up to the mark in other apartment authorities. This is personal experience as i have shifted to four (4) different apartment and groups. The property brings back memories of the greenery of old Bangalore and the migratory birds nearby add to the ambience of the eco-system. The most appealing factor is that parking facility is better then compared to other projects basic valet parking with a minimum 2.4 m height in basement. There are garbage chute in every floor and a garbage collection room in the basement. Flooring is done with imported marble. Looking at how big the project is and with other facilities provided , I believe it's worth investing as close by to IT parks where family will be wanting to have a good flat near to their work.
