Q: was lukin 4 a 3bedroom apartmt near girinagar, Hoskerehalli area. Heard from a friend about Ambrisoa. visited it this monday. its just behind PESIT. saw 2 flats & one of them had an awesome terrace. fell in love with it. nice to chill out in the evening.

Q: I want to buy a 3 bhk apartment with super built up area of around 1600 to 1800 sq ft. My family is me, my spouse, 2 kids (6 yrs and 2 yrs) and parents may stay frequently. Which is better: (a) high raise luxury apartment with all amenities like swimming pool, tennis court, club house, gym, badminton court, play area, large lung space etc or (b) low raise plain vanilla apartment with nil or minimal amenities (eg. gym or club house only).

Q: Well mostly i was going through other reviews Which are basically 2 years old or 6 months back. Which are not that great. Do provide valid information at the moment not the problems at the starting time

The skyline group is at present developing 8 million square feet of premium residential space. Within the next five years, it intends to develop 25 million square feet. They have entered the real estate market in many cities like Mysore, Mangalore, Chennai, Cochin and Bangalore. International forays include Dubai and USA. The skyline is a MNC building the best services for us and as we grow developing the gennery which was there 7-8 years back is not there anymore so within few years even the Kanakapura Road will be developed.
