Lake District Delays.
Q: The Lake District Project is delayed beyond comprehension. We have booked a 2BHK Flat in Bldg C4 in Jan 2011 which is a part of the Phase1. As per the agreement the Apt should have been handed over by Dec 2012 considering all the grace periods of more than 6 months. The building has only reached 6th floor out of the 12. How many are such agreived parties? Can we join together and issue a notice to the builder?

One of the agent took me to that project and told me to invest.. but after reading all the reviews I don't think I will give a second thought.
