Though it's a bold statement to make but in One Liner- "River Residency CRM Team don't know how make Quality Possession or Delivery of Flats". CRM Team does not talk to you with responsibility. They states that- We will deliver upon completion of work with No End Date of Work Completion.
CRM Department will delay work to an extent that Customer is forced to take Possession with Issues like- Pre-Possession Cleaning, Broken Tiles, Uncleaned Doors/ Windows, Water Seepage, etc. They keep on saying that we will fix the issues after Possession.
I have just given by Booking amount and agreement is pending. The reviews above are getting me frightened.

I agree to Tushar & Amit. I own my second property with RR and I found their Post Sales & Condominium office arrogant and irresponsible. To an extent that all water fittings, electrical fittings, security, etc are B grade. They don't keep their promises. They haven't kept the customer interest in mind and I heard the school SNBP is also charging premium amounts in the range of 70 - 80 K. Road to the project is damaged too bad and RR doesn't own fixing that too. You have to bind by the vendor for TV / Broadband which RR has decided. No provision is made to have this choice. And the vendors that RR have has poor service quality and premium charges than renowned brands in market.
I don't think their construction quality might be good too when they have so much self interest in profit making and hiring cheap vendors. My recommendation to prospect buyer is BIG NOOOO...
