Q: Dear future Customers I have informing all about an UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES adopted by IDEAL ENCLAVE, residential project in Rajarhat (IDEAL REAL ESTATES claimed to be a renowned real estate group of Kolkata !!!). During my visit to IDEAL enclave site on 4th August 2010 afternoon I had a detailed discussion with Marketing team head of N K Realtors Group who was solely assigned by IDEAL Group for doing the marketing of the project. Base on the vacancy position, I have short listed flat no E 5 2nd floor on 4th Aug evening and subsequently filled up the application form & installment schedule sheet on the same day (i.e. 4th August) against flat number E 5 2nd floor. I had handed over a cheque amounting Rs 102575/- of dated 8th August with a request to hold the flat till 8th August. In fact concerned marketing representative only told me to deposit the post dated cheque so that holding of flats can be made possible. Even before leaving for Delhi on 5th Aug morning they reconfirmed that

Real Estate Market in India is most unregulated - there is no single regulatory authority to complain to ... it is a pathetic situation ....Real Estate Market in India is most unregulated - there is no single regulatory authority to complain to ... it is a pathetic situation ....

Hello, Mr. Prasun, similar kind of letter of Fitout was also served to me and some of my colleagues on Aug, Sept, 2013 and there they have asked for Final payment and registration charges. However after visiting the site we are convinced and the Flats and towers are far from completion not to spraek of possession. Hence, my self and some of my colleagues have denied Final Payment and asked them to complete the construction first and them ask for final payment after serving due possession letter.
Has anyone registered their property yet - did Ideal paid any compensation towards late delivery of the property? Would like to know what others are going through.
