Hello Hanif, you can take legal opinion from a lawyer, they are experts and can guide you effectively on this. there are many approvals needed apart from BDA. i mean once builder constructs the base and first slab, an engineer from BDA should inspect the site to verify if its been build as per approved layout. anything beyond 5% variance is subject to penalty. Yeh, website says they have are basically based in B;Lore & Hyderabad.
