I met lalit this saturday, and have denied making any payment before BBA. Firstly he argued, but later he agreed to execute the same on my initial 10% payment. He was not able to explain y actually are they asking for this 5% just to sign the BBA, isnt 4lac sufficient and that too given 1 year back?? So, please dont pay any penny to them before assuring yourself.
I will now wait for BBA, whenever it comes, n then will start any processing for loan or next payment. 2. there r few declaration which says allotee has no objection
-- in revision of plan of project
--- completion of project
--- purchase of additional FAR for utilization in the manner as builder deems fit.
