Hi, how is the project Adithya Frondoso. Are they providing OC and CC. I came to know that approach road is an issue.

Hey Manan, As far as I know The project has got approval from BBMP and it is a B Khata property. It seems the builder is not providing OC for this project.
Yesterday I had visited and builder told it is A Khata property :( !! How did you know it is B Khata? I am planning to book so please let me know
