How about NIRMAN SONESTA- iWoods (Bellandur)?

I also booked a flat in sonestaa I woods for its location though very close to ORR it is very quite, calm and peaceful, so the property appreciation would be fast and rental value will be high. The open space left in center is very good and the amenities providing by the builder are also good. The price also less compared to other builders whose price is more than rs. 5500/- and plot area is around 3.5 acres so this project is the biggest among all near by projects.
