Thanks for the update.I was also planning to buy one 3 BHK flat because my friend has booked one flat in Aakruthi Homes.But I am thinking now not to buy this property because I checked with my friend and he is also saying that builder is doing so much deviation as you mentioned like constructed flats in open areas and selling some common areas in the B Block .Apart from that they are constructing pent houses.My friend is saying Aakruthi Homes(Sai Pragathi Estates and Construction) is doing the illegal construction in Bangalore.
