Has anybody booked flat in Aakruthi Homes, Mahadevpura?
Q: Has anybody booked flat in Aakruthi Homes, Mahadevpura, Bangalore by Sai Pragathi Estates and constructions? Please reply.

Ashok, There are no penthouses in the building. I have booked a three bedroom flat and released the loan from SBI also. There are no deviations in the building. My uncle works in BBMP and checked with them thoroughly , they can make 10% deviations which any builder will do in banglaore and which is in the permissible limit . I have received the CC copy also of the building. The builder says there are no two beds available, please let me know if anyone is planning to resell it.Ashok, There are no penthouses in the building.
