I Agree to all of you, i had really bad experience with RR team, I have booked 1 BHK in RR in 2012, they have commited to handover flat in may 13, postponed to aug 13 and finally possession in jan. at a time of booking, they shown me wrong plan of Parking area, but now they have sold this to shops, and in building there is no enough parking at all, now RR sales team says, you can park your vehicles on Municipality road as their is no traffic rush at all, does it not seems to be foolish response at all. construction quality not seems to be good, i am not engineer but if i compare RR construction with some small builders, i am unhappy at all, broken tiles, uneven plaster, seems it can fall at any time. finally i am not happy at all.
