I have booked a plot in Klazina Gateway residency on 04th Dec 2013. Today its 4th Dec 2015 and even after 2 years of booking, the developer has not got all the Govt. Clearances and approval and I am also doubtful whether company has all the adequate Ownership title for the Land proposed for the project. Iam planing to sue Klazian Consultants Ltd. and M3M Realtors Mr. BD. Mehta for collectively duping and fraudung with me.
Mr. Yadav, i have posted here just to make ppl aware abt this fraud and u still invested. Pls visit sadar police stn, FIR no .70 is registered against him and twice hi bail got rejected.

Do you all know that Klazina Consultants is arranging a bhoomi pujan & foundation stone laying ceremony of their project Gateway Courtyard at its site? I've heard so but going through this forum I saw people commenting against it. But if these people are true then how can they do the bhoomi pujan?? I'm confused, kindly suggest.
ppl have commented abt project . NEEMRANA GATEWAY and GATEWAY RESIDENCY.......First read, research and then write....ITS courtyard.....which got transferred from his cousin Puneet's into his name and puneet has also cheated he is offering possession on the other land....4 kms inside near by village and shown project was on highway.........

I am planning to invest in this project. I would like to go by Down payment plan scheme. will there be any rebate or offer in this scheme?
Surinder ji better would be throw ur money on Highway so that anyone poor can have some benefit and give u blessings rather investing with Klazina.......Have u seen papers and licences of the project.. Zameen bhi nai hai.....only 5 beeghe wo bhi 200ft se 3 - 4 km ander......no way to go on that land....if show u original papers check khasra number on rajasthan website ..www.apnakhata.nic.in......

I booked 2 plots in Klazina Gateway Residency after checking all papers. One of my friend also did background verification of their UK office and found the company legitimate.
Rathi ji, its not office verification its abt land verification.......if u have verified the land and all pls send all details to me for my satisfaction....

That Company is fraud, That company committed with me money refund after 3 month date of cancellation, Now they not given response.
already registered with FIR at sadar police station and bail got rejected from gurgaon and chandigarh......
