I have done a proper research on Paras seasons and also spoken to the company officials regarding the possession date. They are saying that the possession will start in the 3rd quarter of 2014. Hi as per my keen study of Paras Tierea recently the price is 4800 - 5100 bsp + add ons. However, since the property is now ready to move in, the rates are going to go up by 1000rs in the next couple of months, so I’d suggest to hurry up to bookings.
