Q: want to know the likely possession date for paras seasons in sector 168 noida. the date as per agreement was dec 2012. earlier i was informed in feb that now possession would be given in oct/nov 2013. On checking again today i have been given a new date of march/april 2014. is there no way we can approach the developer to expedite the works?

I have done a proper research on Paras seasons and also spoken to the company officials regarding the possession date. They are saying that the possession will start in the 3rd quarter of 2014. The whole area is convenient for buses and autos. Its close proximity to metro-station makes it very convenient for metro travelers. As per my research the prices of the apartments have also doubled since it was launched, which has made it a very profitable investment. My study suggests that if you are looking for an investment in real estate, then this project is the one to go for. However, you must hurry up if you're planning to buy, as the builder is giving out possession for most of the towers which makes it a ready to move in property thereby implying that prices would go up by almost 1000rs in the next couple of months.The whole area is convenient for buses and autos. Hi as per my keen study of Paras Tierea recently the price is 4800 - 5100 bsp + add ons. However, since the property is now ready to move in, the rates are going to go up by 1000rs in the next couple of months, so I’d suggest to hurry up to bookings.
