ICON Malgudi Review
Q: I am planning to buy a flat in this project but little confused as the builders of this layout and promoters are different

My comments to replies
I have visited the site the builder is quoting Rs 1500 per sqft for west facing and Rs 1600 for east facing plot.
I had also visited the site two months before.It is approved by bmrda and can get loan from Lic. But not from SBI. Regading price, It seems overpriced only. Try for 1400 –1500. If the site is in phase 1 means, u can try for 1500-1600
