I Shradha Dalvi buy then Tirupati Balaji Group is best place to INVEST . Recently i Book 1 BHK Flat in New Panvel. which i found very nice. so i will recommend you all to try once in TBG.

all projects comes under collector area and cidco giving only approval for construct the buiilding. mostly villagers staying nearby the projects and they will not allow cidco to enter that particular areas. It will take more time to get all facilities. there is no bus facility, only auto rickshaws and six seaters runs on sharing basis, roads are not wide, night travelling is not safe, general stores are not nearby, load sheading, most of things are not available. so think before u invest. I think ulwe is better option than panvel.

Tirupati Balaji Group has many good projects in New Panvel . so if anyone is interested to INVEST in property then go with TBG only, because they are giving best facilities and features .

Hi, Firts I have booked the @ BHK flat on Balaji Kalash, Adai , Phase 3, 1 year back.Then he change the floor map without informing us and when we inquired about the same builder has give me a new plan detail ,that time builder promise he will going to give an possession on December 2015 but from last one year there is no progress towards the project completion and today he told me that because of CIDCO cc is not cleared yet and he will get the same on next 2-3 days after that he will start work and try to give an possession til December 2016 or Jaunuary 2017. Can any one suggest me that I invest my money with right builder ? hi Amol, first go and file police criminal case against bablu gupta. they are known as a cheater. Do not wait for their invitation. Project approval pending from since last three years not last one year. I am lucky that i took quick decision to withdraw the money before last two year and i received my all money. Thank God.

Reshma/Anant, They will support you while you investing in there project but once you try to withdraw from the TBG project they will show you thier actul role. I have good experiance while withdrawing the money.

This Builder is cheater, he has cheated many people in the name of 1) Tirupati Balaji builders & developers 2) Aditya Builders And Developers Private Limited 3) Tirupati Builcon Private Limited. At the current situation, all have been absconded. This builder even might has taken a fraud medical certificate. A Strong action is need to be taken against this type of builders. He is just giving and given a false promise, by showing his fake money power. all this money belong to investors only

The location of the project is quite good as you can find a hospital and school. It is also situated within 15 to 20 mins of the railway station and the airport. The amenities provided include a club house, power backup, swimming pool, lift, security, park, reserved parking, visitor parking, intercom facility, gymnasium etc.

i suggest u that invest in 12.5% cidco project it is very safe to invest and no illegal projects. all facilities approve by cidco. all areas are reserved by cidco for school, garden, roads, and many more.

Tirupathi Balaji group at New panvel is not genuine party. Their first project is not been started yet. After booking we are waiting for 5 years to start the project. But not yet been started even. Lot of people are struggling with this group. Those who want updates of the projects please join commonfloor forum.

Hi Friends, I have booked 1BHK flat in Balaji Kalash Phase 1 in Feb' 13 and paid 20% amount. But registration is pending till date from the builder. Even construction is going very slow. Builder is telling the project is going to be affiliated by CIDCO and delay is because of the same. Do anyone have any other/correct information for delaying registration as well as construction.

Hi all, I am planning to book a flat of this project and i heard a lot of news regarding this project like Tirupati Balaji is one of the well known township, that is been projected in whole Navi Mumbai. The location provided is about 1.5 km from the Panvel railway station.This plan is being instructed by all the professional architect. Its infrastructure is projected in a pollution free area, with all necessary sanction approvals. It is strategically situated at the place of walking distance. If it is really true then i will surely go for this project. Can anybody give me some more feedback on this project. thanks...

I have also booked a flat in Balaji Arcade Phase I, paid 20% for booking amount. When I asked to copies of property documents for my pre-approval loan, they denied by saying all documents will provided to everyone after 6-8 months. Is that a sign of fraud?? Becoz builders suppose to present all documents to customers when any token paid to the builder? This should be right of buyer. Any Suggestion plz what should we do in such cases
