Hi, I saw Mahaveer Amaze near Chaitanya Anananya Villas. Project has 2 and 3 BHK's and costing Rs 3250 per sq ft..
Would like to know who else has booked here, any legal issues ?

Hi All, I am also planning to book a flat here. I see lot of information gathered by all of you. Though i don't have much information but as per the preliminary inquiry done by me below are the first and for most to proceed with booking the flat or initiating the legal verification process as part of property file.
1. Encumbrance Certificate.
2. Mother Deed Document.
3. Commencement Certificate - still if it is not available with the builder then they are not suppose to start construction.

Please find the below link where you can check the SBI approval for the projects. I don't find the Amaze in the list. In fact being a completed project i don't see Varna as well in the list.
