Any issue with I Tower of Cloud9, Indrapuram?
Q: I visited the site in March'12 and then in June'12. I can hardly see any progress in the I tower. Can anyone tell me if there is any legal issue with I-Tower of Cloud9 Indrapuram? I would also like to know if there is any online group of people who have invested in I-tower so that I can stay connected to this group for questions and updates.

The builder never had permissions to build the " I " Tower and he went on to book the flats from people thinking that he will get it done by money power. I have information that they never had any permission to build the tower and they still don't have. I think by the time elections are over , we should form a group and if the work doesn't start, we can push charges against the builder for doing a fraud with buyers. We all know what happened to Supertech recently ( court asked to return @14%) even though they had approvals.
