Dear Mr.Sunil , I totally agree with your opinion regarding taking the possession only after 100 % completion of all works.Moreover VGN is a reputed builder they shouldn't give the possession without completing all the facilities.If they do so it will definitely create a bad image and also against the business ethics.I do not expect so from VGN.
