Hello, I would like to know if the snn raj etternia land is without issues. if there are any issues please update?
Issue that usually arise with builders are:-
1. govt. land acquired without permission or after paying some bribe.
2. any litigation because of ownerhsip.
3. kharab land being used for construction.
4. lake encroachment.
Are any of the above mentioned issues there in the land or not?
I do not think there is any issue with this project, as it has got approval from BBMP and all major banks. But not sure if the builder is going to provide OC and A Khata. Check with the builder once.
Thanks Madhav, Builder said he will provide OC and khatta transfer also will taken care him post possession.

What is the status of the construction working in SNN Raj Etternia?
I haven't seen the construction status, as it's behind asbestos sheets. All I know it's from sales people that work is on for 3 blocks.
